“Let’s face it, the employment opportunities for our adults with disabilities are scarce at best,” says Karen Neville, “and the ones that came along were not the best fit for Kelly and her talents.”

Karen is the mother of Kelly who was born with Down Syndrome. Knowing the future looked bleak for her daughter, the two of them launched a business called Special Sparkle where they make custom jewelry.
